Your giving changes lives for good and improves children’s life chances

Kirabo
Kirabo was born with low vision and cataracts.Kirabo was born with low vision and cataracts, a condition that remained undetected for several years. When the cause of her difficulties was finally identified. her parents made every effort to secure the necessary treatment. However, the cost of treatment was far beyond their financial capacity. As a result, Kirabo’s eyesight continued to deteriorate.
Through your generous support, Kirabo received the essential medical treatment she required. She has now successfully completed her form 6 exams and is preparing to begin secondary school, an achievement her family once feared might be out of reach.
your compassion has restored not only her sight but her hope for a brighter future.

Angela
Angela was born with hydrocephalus, a condition that causes excess fluid to accumulate around the brain. Shortly after birth, she underwent surgery to have a shunt fitted, allowing the fluid to drain and preventing further damage. This early intervention saved her life, but it also marked the beginning of a long journey of medical care, therapy, and support.
Thanks to consistent treatment and the dedication of our professional team, Angela has made remarkable progress. She now walks independently, feeds herself, and enjoys playing with other children—milestones that once seemed uncertain. We are continuing to support her development with routine physiotherapy, regular medical reviews, and ongoing medication to maintain her stability.
Angela’s progress reflects both her resilience and the impact of sustained support. Each therapy session strengthens her mobility, each medical review safeguards her health, and each act of care helps her grow with confidence. Although she continues to face challenges associated with her condition, Angela’s determination and the assistance she receives have given her the chance to experience childhood with dignity, joy, and hope.

Moses
Moses is a young child living with a disability and that often leads to isolation and stigma. Without support, children like Moses are frequently kept indoors or hidden in backyards, mainly not out of neglect, but because their families fear judgement, discrimination, and misunderstanding from neighbours.
Your generosity has changed that reality for Moses.
Through your donations, Moses receives regular physiotherapy, developmental monitoring and guidance, and ongoing support for his parents—all provided free of charge. These sessions strengthen his mobility, improve his coordination, and help him build the confidence every child deserves. His parents are also equipped with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to care for him safely and with renewed hope.
Most importantly, Moses is no longer a child hidden away. He is part of a community that now recognises his value and potential. The support he receives has transformed him from a child at risk of social exclusion into a child who can participate, learn, and grow with dignity.
Moses’ progress is a powerful reminder that when a child receives the right care, an entire family—and often an entire community—begins to change.
